I ordered the "free" sample and cancelled within the time period allowed and then continued to get shipments and charges for 2 additional months. I was treated very badly by their customer service people and was told basically too bad, there are no refunds. I also sent the shiments back and they still will not refund my money!!! What a scam company!!!
