I ordered the 14 day free trail of these two products. After recieving them and realizing that the free trial was not free and that i would be put on a automatic shipment, I e-mailed customer service for return numbers. I recieved an e-mail with no return numbers but an offer for free shipping and 10 dollars off a bottle, I e-mailed back that the products where being returned and not to charge my credit card. Products were sent back. I found out today that I was still charged. I called customer service and was told it could take one to two weeks for my return to be processed and several more for my credit card to be refunded. I requested to speak to a supervisor but was told it would not matter and none was available. I will file a formal complaint with the BBB and my State Attorney General. FREE IS NOT FREE.
