I ordered 1 free trial of Acia Pure for the cost of 4.95 ship/hand the next thing I know is my card was charged $79.90 two times. First of all I feel I was misled, I was not aware that by giving my card number they were authorized to charge any amount other than 4.95 for 1 free trail. I recieved two products by mistake which I returned unopened; It cost me $17.50. I went to the website they have on the statement which is www.getorderhelp.com twice but did not recieve any feedback other in 24 hrs to 48 hrs you will be contacted. I am still waiting! Today I tried again it will not allow me to click on any link.
Before sending this compaint I finally got someone on the 888-692-8352 number I was told they recieved only one product which I will get a refund. I was told that another department would have to take care of other. My card was charged on 4/13/09 and today is 6/02/09 I do not think this is how anyone should conduct buissness.

I ordered trial offer and received a full months supply for no charge but also received Hoodiburst Gum and Hoodia Water which I didn't order and was charged on my card $44.85.
I have not received my shipment of Acia Pure that was supposed to be here two weeks ago. Am on hold for about one and a half hours and no one knows anything about why my shipment isn't here yet.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSNESS TO MY WORST ENEMY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE "SUCKS"

I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBER SHIP BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.

WON'T SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER THE "DAMNED" PHONE SOONER THAN AN HOUR AND A HALF.
