I signed up for the trial period and was charged $88.55 for a full month supply before I even received my trial supply. **it took over a month for me to get the trial supply so I thought the trial was refused or denied. I didn't think about it anymore as I never received anything. Then when I got the supply, I tried it for about 10 days before I noticed the charge. I called their so called customer service at 866-951-1393 and was informed that they not only charged my account in May for the $88 but they just charged it again. I told them that I have never received any additional pills and wanted to cancel and wanted a refund. I was informed they would gladly cancel my account but refused the issue the refund. I told him I didn't want to pay for something I haven't received and all they would tell me is that they were sent and there was nothing they can do. I asked for a supervisor and was informed their "policy" did not allow for me to talk to a supervisor and there was no one else that I could take to. Basically, they charged me for over $190 and I got nothing and I can't do anything about it.
