I ordered this product on 4/5/10, I cancelled my order the same day & called the company. They explained to me the product had already been shipped but gave me the instructions on what to do to return the product when I recieved it. When I recieved the product I never opened the boxes I went to Fed Ex and returned the product on 4/15/10. I have my receipt with the tracking #'s plus I have emails of my cancelled order. On 6/25/10 I noticed that the company withdrew &143.04 out of my bank account. I immediatly called the company & after giving them the tracking #'s they said they would refund the money in 3-5 business days. I explained the representative that because they took this money out of my bank account that this would make me get over draft fee's from my bank. She told me that I needed to goto my bank. On 6/28/10 my bank took $140.00 in over draft fee's because this company would not refund me my money immdeiatly which they had no business taking from me. After 2 months of returning their product they charged me for something that I have proof of when I returned it. They will not refund me the over draft fee's and my bank say's it is their responsibility to do.
