I received and paid shipping and handling for 2 bottles AcaiBerry and 1 Bottle ColonCleanse. I took the trial offer for 2 weeks and because of stomach discomfort, called and cancelled any further order. FWM had already debited my account for over $100.00 in product. I called and received instructions on how to return the unopened, unused products. I took the 3 boxes to the post office and returned them as I was instructed by the representative. BTW, could NOT understand him. Several times I asked to speak to someone who spoke English. Got told there was no one.
Several months have gone by since I returned the product and still NO satisfaction. I spoke with a "Supervisor" who ever time I spoke, put me on hold without telling me. Long story short, she told me there was nothing I could do or she would do to get my money back.
I am furious, now they have the product back AND my money. WHAT A SCAM!
