tried to get a free trial of aciberry for 4.99 just for shipping.

I saw the charges on my credit card account late on friday night. They were not available on the phone until monday morning. At that point when I called i was told that my expected wait time was going to be 71 minutes. So I set my speaker phone so that it would let me know when a person answered and went back about my business on the internet. After more than one hour a person finally answered. I told them about what I thought was a mix up. They informed me that there was no mix up, and claimed that I clicked on the wrong link. I will go to my bank and file a wrongful charge by them on my account today. They then claim that I must return the product at my cost to ship it, to get a refund. Also I must add, the person that I talked to did not identify himself and was extreamly RUDE.

I am being charged for pills that I did not order or receive. I have contested the charges ton my credit card to the company. I only responded to a free promotional advertisement and was immediately billed 11 days later for 74.95. Please credit my account for that amount and be sure that I am removed from your customer list.
