	reallytaken April 10, 2009 unauthorized charge Purchased the free trial product and then today I was charged $79. The customer service person told me it was in fine print (no copy to see). I told her that I would be returning the product and she told me I would not receive a refund. ALL SALES FINAL! What a scam... DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT
	JOSE GAMBOA February 2, 2009 REFUND ON PRODUCT Ordered 14 day free trial, ON THE 01-11-09 PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED ON 01-20-09, RECEIVED ON 01-21-09 AND canceled ON 02-01-09, . 12 DAYS AFTER received IT. I RECEIVED A Cancellation number. BUT THE $87.13 was deducted from my account the next day! Have called constantly but keep getting a message stating "this mailbox is full, cannot receive new messages".
