Trial product ordered along with Natra Pure, took 7 to 10 days to receive trial product. ACIX3 charged my account 10 days after the order was placed. The product was received without any cancellation notice. A person does not have ample time to try product and with no literature with the product, I assumed the literature that came with the Natra Pure would cancel both products. Natra Pure come with information regarding customer service and phone # to call & cancel. I got my bank statement & saw I was charged $88.55 for the ACIX3 exactly 10 days after product ordered. Calling the phone # on my bank statement cancelled the product, however they would not credit my account...just kept saying you should have read the terms & conditions when you ordered...would not let me speak to a supervisor. They did give me the company address which is ACIX3, 6100 Neil Rd., #500, Reno, Nevada, 89511. I will be sending them a letter.
