They try to hook you in by asking such a small amount for the product, i, e, £1.60 then to my embarrassment have added a delivery charge of £25.00 !!! What a disgrace and what a con... STAY AWAY FROM THESE PRODUCTS...
	Christina Hawthorne June 2, 2011 Took money out of my account without authority I agreed to pay £1.00 for a jar of their product and when they say to deliver there is a £25.00 customs duty to pay. I refused to pay this and low and behold they take another £46.88 out of my account without my authority. I will be requesting this back through my bank - This company's way of dealing with business is appalling.
	LYNNE LIBERT November 7, 2010 ADDED NEEDLESS ITEMS THAT COST I ORDERED 1 JAR OF HYDROXY CREAM WHICH WAS TAKEN OFF MY CREDIT CARD. TODAY I RECEIVED 4 NOTICES THAT $1.50 WAS DEBITED TWICE AND $1.95 WAS DEBITED TWICE. WHAT KIND OF SCAM ARE THEY PLAYING HERE. ALL I WANTED WAS 1 JAR OF CREAM. THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED THEY ARE JILTING PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY THEY NEED. THIS TO ME IS CERTAINLY A SCAM. I WILL MAKE SURE THEY TAKE THOSE FEES OFF TOMORROW SINCE THEY ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. HOW CONVENIENT.
