After signing the agreement with this company the nightmare began. Everything was scheduled, the day before pickup the schedule person called and insisted they be allowed to pick up furniture 6 hours earlier than scheduled. Drop off was scheduled for 1 week later. Two days before scheduled delivery day driver called and said they had to drop off a day early or it would be two weeks before they could make it back, forcing me to drive 19 hours non-stop to meet the truck. Most of my furniture was damaged, several pieces were obliterated not even being delivered. One very valuable piece has disappeared and the company refuses to help recover. I have been lied to on every turn. Customer service is non-existent. The claims process is so arduous that it will be nearly impossible to collect any money for damage they caused. I have been robbed, had boxes opened, they have not honored any part of their responsibility for the protection of my belongings and refuse to help recover lost items. I know they have my valuables because the driver said he had them and would bring them back to me, but never did. Now they say there is nothing they can do. Worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
