I purchased this product with a 30 day free trial... I tried it for 2 weeks once I received it. It did nothing for me. I noticed nothing. I sent it back in 17 days. Now receiving all kinds of charges on my credit card... "transaction fee" $1.00 Membership fee $9.95, web access fee $9.95.. 7 charges in all!!! All had a different phone number next to each charge. I called 2 of them. One answers... "thank you for calling the cancelation line...please hold for next available rep." 1/2 hr later I hung up!!! Tried another number, after 20 minutes I hung up. Then went to the websight to call a "sales" number... surely they will answer that call... of course 2 rings and there was someone... told them about my charges.."I can't do anything about that mam, you have to call the #'s on your bill" told her no one answers that number... no surprise! Then asked her for a customer service number or a mailing address... she said "I don't have any of that information!!" I said "you have to be kidding... you are selling the product with no phone numbers or addresses???" I hung up!!! Called back to my credit card..spoke with a supervisor...was furious by now... was told to call back tomorrow during business hours to place a fragulent complaint!!! OMG! So beware!!! Don't buy this product. It's a scam, I believe it's probably a placebo pill!!!
