I placed an internet order with Action GPS on Sept. 17, 2008 for a $250 gps that was said to be in stock. On Sept 18th they took the money from my ATM account. I have not received my GPS. I have e-mailed several times and not received a response. I have left messages and have not received a response. No one answers the phone. I put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they didn't respond to them either. Now I am out the S250 and do not have a gps.

This company STOLE my money. Avoid doing business with at all costs.

These people have received payment, and not shipped upon terms stated. They are unreachable in every way. They will not return email inquiries, and the phone number given is a non-working number. DO NOT buy from this company. I, at this moment, don't know how to get my money back. This is fraudulent practice, and they should be held accountable for all this.
