I am complaing against to my manager Naveethan. He behave very bad with me and I can't understand what they were saying about me because they all srilankan tamil. I am from india..they call me in bad words and he touch my private parts in my body like an accidient. If i told him not to do it. he cut down my hours, i travel to work from far. they all trate me very bad. at the moment i can't get other job because of my launge problems. I don't know where to complain about this. some time I feel kill myself. always go home with tears. why they can't mix the people i am the one from different country others same people. if you can please help me to solve this troubles.
