This company and its services are a complete scam. I don't know how I let myself be fooled by it. It offers a series of services for automated SEO services. When you first order it, they make it very easy to pay, and then they give you all sorts of excuses as to why the software doesn't work. To request a refund, you have to login to a different site and create a new login. The merchant then asks you to go to the support team site, and create a support account. Then the support people tell you that they only way to issue a refund is if you let them try to install it for you, for which they ask you to create a work order. Then, they tell you that your host server sucks and that you have to get a new hosting account. When I got a new hosting account, they sent me an email that my refund request had lapsed and that there was nothing else they could do about it. In other words, it's just delay tactics designed not to give you a working product, and to avoid giving the money back.
