Very unhappy customer here. My wife purchased 3 pair of compression socks this past week. One pair was 15/20, the other two were 20/30s. She put on one pair of the 20/30s right before she had a Dr. appointment. By the time the Dr. saw my wife (approx 45 min after she put them on) her legs were purple! Too tight perhaps or wrong sizing. I spoke to a salesperson at Adams Pharmacy who stated that the socks cannot be returned after they leave the store. And yes, my wife signed a document stating the fact, and yes we understand what that means. My complaint, is why can't she return the pair that she never tried on? Total bill being close to $200.00. I am a business man too. I would take a return on this because I know that this person would have had a good experience doing business and would continue doing business. The contrary, what damage can an upset person do to a business? The answer...the business would never have any idea. So how many people do you think I will tell about my experience?
