These guys are big fraud. Addmarc advertising sold us coupons which are just piece of paper and on top of that ignis people are so misbehaved they dont know how to attend guests.

We have visited in this restaurant at connaught place B-45, Inner Circle.with some of our valuable clients before two weeks ago, having some free coupons of Add mark advertising agency. The services provided in the restaurant and bar are worsed.The commitment made by the IGNIS totally faulty.The waiters served twice volume of drink taking order for one.It seems that Intention of service provider to increase the bill as maximum as possible.
Final bill comes at our table it is much more as expected.
When we complaint about the same, some staff of the restaurant misbehaved us.They are also enforcing us to make the payment.
At last we lost more than crore of business due to misbehavior of IGNIS people.
Lastly we have not paid the unjustified amount of bill raised.They are threating to recover the disputed amount which is very small.
what about our losses (which we incurred due to misbehavior of IGNIS people.
