I was quoted a price of $30.00 per month for broadband internet service by an Adelphia sales person at the Jensen Beach, Florida office. After showing the sales person the add for $24.00 a month, I asked and was told that my on going price for an upgraded service of 4.5 internet broadband speed would be $30.00 per month. This was based on a package price which includes TV cable. I explained to the sales rep that my cable was Adelphia but billed through my home owners association. She stated that this was not a problem and I qualified for this promotion. After 90 days, Adelphia back billed me for the difference between $47.00 and $30.00 ($17.00 per month x 3) and continues to bill me at this higher monthly cost despite repeated calls.
