This card is a terrible form of payment and nothing but a big hassle. It claims to save you time from waiting in line at a bank. What a load! I would have gladly stood in line or used an ATM for my own bank account. It's fees are endless, and although my customer service experience was fine I don't think it was worth the $3 I was charged. I activated my card and then the next day logged in to the website to check my balance, as you are only allowed 1 FREE call to customer service per week. I was asked for my password, which when I activated the card was never informed of. Then I was directed to call customer service to help attain my password. Hence the $3 charge. There's more but basicaly my warning is think twice about any company that uses this as a form of payment. ADP should stick to making and printing actual checks because this service they have Totally Stinks and that's the nicer of my 2 word choices. I'd be happy to join a petition to make them change their ways.
