I purchased a SUPER BIKE CAM SPORT - MOTORCYCLE 580 SONY CAMERA MOTO (800056) = $209.98 from Adrenaline Systems on 5 December 2010 and promised delivery within 14 business days. It is now 8 February 2011 and yet to receive my shipment. I have mailed them on several occasions to find out what the status of my shipment is and they come back with the same excuse everytime that USPS says it has arrived in Singapore. I have contacted Singapore Postal service and have proof that the shipment has never even arrived in Singapore. The USPS online tracking service also only confirms that the Shipment was Accepted, December 07, 2010, 6:54 pm, PASADENA, CA 91109 and Electronic Shipping Info Received, December 09, 2010. Adrenaline Systems has not made any effort to resolve the matter. They do not provide any contact numbers and have not made any effort to resolve this issue. Can someone please give me advise as to what to do next.
