I had home security service with ADT for 20 years and always paid my bill in advance for the entire year ahead. Sold my house and called ADT to cancel service in November2010 effective January 1, 2011.
They continued to send me bills for 2011. I sent them 2 letters and called them twice on the phone. They pretended that I never cancelled the service and owe them for 5 months.
I have reported this to my State's Attorney fraud division. Will never do business with this crooked company again.
