I hire a driver for 35 dollars an hour and always had excellent service there unlike many patients who raised concerns about the Advance Spinal Center office and treatment. I now join in to the people who experienced a situation in which rather being concerned about the patient do what they feel to do. The Advance Spinal Treatment Center is all and only about money for THEM. Here is my say. I hire a driver as one must have a driver after treatment to be taken home. The cost is $35.00 per hour. Last Thursday the day of my appointment waiting a long time again because they ASTC most times double book/overbook patients. When my turn came I was let in a room and there a tech assistant to Dr. Gupta started to ask me questions similar to when first 2 yrs back I was a starting out patient there. Why are you asking me the question, so I ask because this already is documented he replied *I, don't know it*. I told her I have a driver and it cost me lots of money and as a senior it is as is difficult to cover the monthly and me must be in and out. The TECH become snotty and I told all of the info is already registered pls. lets get on with the injections. Upon she walked away and I could hear her and a male talking. Soon the door was closed. Bit after Dr. Gupta came in with another male which he, introduce as Dr. who is new and observing. NOT ONE PERSON HAD TOLD ME THUS TO BE NOR ASK ME IF I AM OK WITH IT. Dr. Gupta wanted to treat my neck but I ask him to treat my right side sciatica as I can't hardly walk on my leg no longer. In short he refused and stubbornly insisted NECK. Reason being because the treatment after is over $300 dollars and not covered through AHC. So, his focus is money!! My focus was to get out there with a treatment to my pains as fast I could. I WALKED OUT OF THE PLACE WITH 3 HRS TO PAY FOR DRIVER $105.OO, AND NO TREATMENT. The time was spend on unnecessary question and me trying to negotiate my treatment. I been to the place before and when needed and explained to dr's about change of plan it was honored. Leaving the room I ask for manager of staff , Donna. She listen, took notes and gave me the word her superior will be in contact with me Monday. Well, Monday this Monday has past and no one called me!! A visit to my doctor today revealed Dr. Gupta had called my doctor and told him I made the tech cry. WHAT? Dr. Gupta covers his arzzz because knowing I would tell my GP. Anyhow this is my experience with the center and I am not going back that's for sure.
