I could not call to find out anything. My credit card company called me this past Sunday 4/5/09, asking about a charge coming from India for the amount of $78.15. To my surprise, she gave me the phone#. Tried to talk to Alex from India about the whole mess of not receiving anything and no phone # to call to cancel. Alex ( compelely not unstanding my situation), put me on hold, to talk to the accounting office, he came back with a $50 refund and I could not talk to a manager or supervisior, I could not I speak to accounting, Which he just did. I finally started investigate my self-which I found out, the front was in WoodDale, Il, out of Chicago, Il, Information operator could not find a telephone listed. Which I intend to contact my Congressman here in KY and (pray that IL Attorney General is honest) get him to do something about the redicousy charge of mechandize not received or money refund.
