I ordered a trial offer and paid p&h. They automatically sent me a order that I didn't ask for I returned the order and called to cancelled. It was in Jan, they charged my credit card in Feb16 $83.80 . They charged my credit card again march-18 83.80. I have sent two correspondences in april any may and I haven't heard anything. I sent both mailing return receipt requested, I haven't heard anything as of yet. I called today june29 2009 and was told the computers were down every time I call they tell me the computers are down this time they said someone in management will call me with in 72 hrs.
