I was being charged small amounts for this weight loss supplement that I had never ordered, nor received. When I called the customer service line, they explained that I would be receiving a trail shortly. I explained to them that I weigh 110 pounds and do not need a weight loss supplement. They said I would receive it anyway and they could not refund my money. Then about a day after receiving the pills, I was charged another $79.95. So I called again to get an RMA# and cancellation number in order to return the product and get a refund. After much yelling and pushing, I received the numbers, returned the product and still have not seen a credit or refund to my account. This is only one of the many scams I have been through in the past two months, because after speaking with numerous companies I found out that when someone orders something online, sometimes that site will sell their credit/debit card number to other companies. That was the root of all the fraud and scams taking place with the money I did not have.
