refund my money

this company has charged my d, ebit card 149.99 for a product that was supposed to be a free trial and i want my refund i never authrized them to charge my card 149.99 i authorized 2.97 cent and i already had called and cancelled this order before the time was up .this is really not right that u guys treat people like this u guy r a scam and should be honest and i want my money back.

Constant harassment!

Advanced Cleaner is trying to force me to buy their spyware cleaner.It says my computer is infected with spyware. I know my computer has no spyware or virus on it. I have my security set up and i run regular scans.I have reports showing my computer is running normal and is clean. Advanced Cleaner is trying to block me from doing tasks and accessing the internet and other programs. It will not go away, it continues to harass me. I did not solicit their services! Is there someway i can get rid of them, block them, or delete them? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
