Advanced Therapy Institute of Touch started one of the first comprehensive holistic health, meridian therapy, somatic, herbalism and massage certification programs in the United States over three decades ago.
Students are fascinated by our Integrative Meridian Therapy (IMT), Somatic Trauma Release (STR), and Massage Therapy Certifications and cannot obtain them in any other academic setting or program because they are exclusively taught at our Institute as proprietary forms of advanced bodywork techniques & functional holistic health.
Because ATIT teaches in a lineage-based tradition, our focus is teaching graduates ethically to offer compassionate care and personal stewardship with everyone they help. Our school philosophy is more than training people to work under a business model, it is a deeply rooted belief that tending to an entire persons’ health is a powerful way to uplift families, communities, and the people we are called to serve.
ATIT's Instructor knowledge base comes from Advanced Academic learning and 14 mentors with over 850 years of combined experience with knowledge that is no longer in the mainstream. This knowledge is handed down to our students through lineage training.
Traditionally, Asian practices did not look upon a person as separate systems which has been taught in both mainstream health care fields and standardized massage schools. Asian Practices & ATIT have always looked at a person in their entirety. ATIT was one of the first schools in the nation to teach functional, holistic health approaches in wellness in their massage certification program. ATIT also offers holistic health approaches as standalone certifications along with education in Meridians ~ Somatic Certifications ~ Reflexology ~ Acupressure ~ Herbalism ~ Food Remedies ~ Massage & more. We have decades of experience in a whole systems approach and are years ahead in this field.
Our students are eclectic: ATIT teaches professionals who are already licensed and want to take their practices to the next level and learn at a depth they have never experienced before.
ATIT also teaches those who want to help uplift others, but may not have any experience at all.
