Can not get them to cancel order nor take back product
I ordered a bottle of ACAI Berry, from and advertisement on AOL. I started receiving bottles ever month. The initial bottle was $6.99, there after was $83.80. There was nothing stating that this was a memebership or plan. I have emailed them about four or five times, and I have called them twice. The emails and the calls keep telling me that I could receive the product at a cheaper rate, and to keep taking the product. This last call that I made I had to get very nasty and demand that she cancel my order. The kicker is when she answered my call, I told her that I need to return a bottle that I have, I need credit for two bottles that I already returned, and I wanted to cancel my order. Once I gut nasty she canceled my order, and told me she can not give my a RMA (return number) because she canceled my order. She said I could not get a manager because they have a high volume of unsatisfied customers (I wonder why).

Charged for produced when I cancelled
This company is a SCAM!!! Not only doesn't their product work, they charged me $78.81 when I cancelled the product. When I called to cancelled, they said oh, if 78.81 is too much, how about $58.81 and when that didn't work we went to $38.81 and when that didn't work either they offered $18.81. This is an unfair company. Also, I got charged an International fee for I don't know what. They said I agreed to the terms and conditions. The language is onerous. It's a 14 day free trial. Free means free. And THEN when you like the product, you order again and get charged. I CANCELLED it. Cancellation number CAN2349042SS. They use fake people and they reel you in and charge unsuspecting people such as myself. This is an outrage that there are such terrible scams. PLEASE help me get this refund.
