I called their number to cancel any further shippments to me after they deducted money from my bank account and I have not received the product. Upon the phone being answered by a automated system, I was connected to a extension of where I could hear people in the background but the person whom I was speaking to stated they could not hear me. I called back, got a different person told them what I wanted and they put me on hold, then came back and again I told them that I wanted to cancel any further shippments and again they put me on hold and told me I would have to talk to a supervisior. After being on hold for 5 minutes I hung up. All I want to do is canel any further moneys being taken out of my bank account.
