I ordered a "free trial" of this product on 01/27/2009. On 02/05/2009 I called the 800# and tried to cancel any further orders of this product. I was told there was no record of my order and I didn't get this product from them. They said that after I had given them my order confirmation number. After several attempts to cancel this product I gave up and called my bank and canceled my bank card. If they do try to ship any more orders, they will not get paid for them.
