I ordered a trial of Pure Acai Berry, The offer said just pay 5.95 for shipping and handling. As long as you cancel befor 14 days you will not be sent more product. I cancelled and a month after I ordered the trial product, I received another product for $78.81, (that was on a Saturday). On Monday I went to the bank to ask them to helpme withthis, (reverse the charges), They said they would. On Wednesday I went back to the Bank, only to find out that Advanced Wellness research had denied the reversal of charges because, 'we had a contract!' My bank manager then told me Advanced Wellness Research had charged me again for $83.30. I was over $500.00 overdrawn at this point due to their charges. We called the company from the bank managers office, and after much run around we finally got through to a customer service rep. We got him to make a full refund (after 30 minutes of haranging), He said I would be given a full refund within 3-4 business days. Today when I looked on my email, they sent me a note saying they were refunding $78.81 and $60.00. Not exactly a full refund, ($23.30 less!), in 5-7 business days.We shall see what happens .
