I got cheated into getting charged for their products for three months when I though I only signed up to do the free trial and get charged with only shipping and handling. Their terms and conditions were not very visible on the website and then nothing was received an an email confirmation to restate the terms and conditions after the trial period. Also, I didn't check my credit card bill for last 2 months as my husband pays for it and we accidentally paid for charges for last two months and this month luckily I discovered the charge and contacted to company to cancel it. I can't return the unopened products now as their return policy is not to take it back. I feel cheated as I was not informed of the charges they were making to my credit card. The whole business seems to be centered around taking advantage of customers by assuming people will fall for the free trail and then they keep charging forever! Why will someone need teeth whitening month after month?

I want to tell people to not fall for these scams and I sure will never fall for anything ever again. If someone has a way to get back to the company (sue them), do let me know ([email protected]).
