This place dropped a cosmetic piece twice on the floor and just wiped it off. I never would have known it if my wife wasn't sitting there watching. They did it behind my back. They also DO NOT provide full disclosure on fees. If you try to negotiate with them, they send you to collections even when you are paying...Avoid at all costs..They have no customer value, just money material value.
