On October 17, 2008 I ordered a wireless headphone and charged $93 to my VISA card through PayPal. GR Frequencies' website states that they ship the next business day with delivery to Rocky Mountain addresses in 3 to 4 business days. That means I should have received the item on October 23rd or 24th. I have not received it. I have been unable to contact the company either by phone or email. I prefer receiving the item, but want a full refund if I don't receive it.
