For those that dont know what A/E is.This is a service Company formed between Whirlpool and Sears.They are attempting to drive all the smaller, better faster, cheaper companies out of business.Unless you go back to the phone book, if you try to schedule service online you are driven towards A/E.Once they take enough business away from another company the company is forced to lay off their Techs.As you know the 1st to be laid off are the worst.A/E thgen hires these idiots and presto you have a service company with a lot of business and the worst techs in the country.So use them at your peril
