Just like a few other complaints i have read, I too have been charged for services that I did not recieve. I applied for a credit card did not recieve the card and my bank account was debited $49.95 the charge was made 4/7/08. When I recieved the notice of non sufficient funds I spoke with my bank and i was told to contact consumerbill.com with no result as of yet.
