About Aegis Medical
At Aegis Medical, we guide our clients through their addiction recovery by focusing on trauma-informed care and individualized support. Aegis is an outpatient addictions treatment facility with whole-person centered care, access to community support programs, education and outreach programs.

At Aegis Medical, our multi-disciplinary team specialize in the treatment of Opioid Use Disorder. We provide a team-based approach to patient care with an emphasis on respect, encouragement and best practices.

The Greek word “Aegis”, pronounced [ˈējis’] means “divine shield”. It is also defined as “the protection, backing, or support of a particular person or organization”.

Our mission is to be a symbolic shield for our clients, protecting them from harm and supporting them through their courageous journey to recovery.

Addiction is a disease of the mind and body. Unfortunately, this is not widely understood and addictions patients are often marginalized when they should be supported. Our mission is not only to help the individual client, but also to eradicate the misappropriated public stigma that exists around them.
