MY appointment was for 9am, as most people do I showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early. when i got there the doors were locked, but I understood they do not open until 9am the same time as my appointment so no big deal I waited in my car. finally at 9:05am the doors opened I went in was checked in waited 15 minutes in the waiting room, then was taken back to a patient room. where I waited another 40 minutes I asked twice where was the dentist and was told he was running behind today and had not even made it to the place yet. so my appointment was for 9am I sat for one hour then the doctor showed up I felt like he rushed though the appointment since he was already running late today. I felt insulted by the techs when I asked why were we (me and the other patients) there with me just sitting and was made to feel like I was bothering them by asking questions. In the end I felt the work was poor I had a back tooth removed which I have had done before but this time unlike last time the hole left in my gums was not stitched up. maybe because he was so behind I don't know but i will never go back to this dentistry again and would advise all to avoid them
