Wow! Same question here. I thought Germany has Universal Health Care and that it is mandatory to have health and dental insurance no matter how rich or poor you are. If this is the case why would you travel to Costa Rica to pay for something you could have gotten for free back home? Two years and a failure? The doctors more than likely offered to re-do the work for free minus the travel expenses. Much better than any of us would get in the United States. This just shows that yes there are failures but they stand behind their work. I think that is great. And you are aware I am certain that there is a 3-5 percent failure rate of implants no matter who does them. I have not used Dr. Cavallini yet but many have and have been very happy with the results. A few people are plastering their negative experience on many different forums. Anyway please answer my question regarding dental in Germany. I know many who have lived there.
