I too was taken by these guys. I notified my bank and the police. Now I have to check my credit report and file with the Federal Trade Commission.
The phone number and their web site is gone, but he customer care number works still. They handle the support for several "companies" and I was able to talk to someone. They tried to tel me no refunds, but I told them my bank was involved and so was the police.

Somehow they got both our debit card numbers. Real scary.
