Chad Ramey, owner of Affordable Appliance Repair, charges $69 for a service call and says that this fee will be applied to the repair. He doesn't return to repair appliance. his service call does not trouble shoot the problem; his stay at my home was 3 minutes and once he gets your check he rushes to your bank to immediately cash it. This guy has an "F" rating on BBB. Unfortunately, I checked after the fact.
