I converted over phone service to this company and they have a goverment assistance discount they offer where if you recieve any kind of assistance you can get the discount if you fill out the life line form they send in the mail, but they never explianed you had to return the form or your service would be disconnected. What they told me was if you dont return the form you would be charged for regular service.So i never returned the form paid my bill for the months of May and June and they cut my service off anyways, so when i called to see why they said it was because i didnt return the form, so with me just paying for May and June i went ahead and faxed in the life line form on the 25th of May they told me it would take up to 24to48 hours to restore services on it's going on two weeks and i still dont have services, and i've been calling ever since and they keep giving me the run around.
