First complaint is where did all previous complaints go?
This company has bad rating when it comes to how it does business. Only use them if you have thousands of dollars to pay them. Your insurance will not cover this.If you are suckered into signing papers while dealing with the death of a loved one you have rights even when they say you don't. Hold out on payment ...they will settle .Yes you should pay for a clean up but not at their fraudulant prices, hours, and excuses.
And ms patisfun...if you knew of the other complaints here I'm sure you read them before they were erased.Follow your own gut in this matter.
