i have taken a contract with them but the phone has not worked from the very first day i have called the call center and complaint and there is nothing be doen about it and every time i asked them to log a complaint they have not, they promised me R150.00 air time every month but i only receive R100.00, i have had the customer servies agence cut the call on me many time and when i ask to speak to a manager i am always told that they will call me back but they never do, they take out the money from my DD every month and this month they have taken it twice, some pleas help me has i pay for a phone that does not work.
