I bought this phone three years back, they never send me any statement to see whow much do I owe them. They get money via debit order everymonth, so now their phone is no longer working its almost a year. but they still take the debit twice a month. This is not according to our agreement. the agreement was to debit once a month so now they are overdoing it. They firstly stop the airtime without notifying me. I send the phone to them for repairs it came back with the photos of the Venda people and songs of venda which I dont know how does those things get into my phone
