I specialize in helping people navigate relationships (with others and with themselves). I work with adults experiencing anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and people trying to find their place in the world. As a child, I used to enjoy a game: burying what I believed were gems and digging them out. I believe there’s always a gem to be found in each person.
