We live in the United States. We had an accident with an Avis rental on March 31, 2009, in Scotland. We had to pay over $900 US which we were told would be reimbursed. We have been advised that the other party had admitted fault on May 29, 2009 and their insurance company has been invoiced. We have yet to receive our reimbursement and it has been six months since the accident. Any advice would be helpful.
