I was there today and the customer service was awful. When I arrived the young lady told me to sign in, but there was no sign-in sheet or computer anywhere. She was quite rude. Then I asked another gentleman for assistance, he said " I don't work here, I just do my paperwork here", wtf! I sat for about 15 min. before anyone even acknowledged me and I had to be the one to approach the salesman to tell him that I had not even been acknowledged yet. To top it off, I was instructed by a loan officer, Alley, who had told me over the phone to meet with her @ 4:00pm; low and behold, I was told that she wasn't even there. After waiting for more than 45min, w/o being assisted, my friend and I just left. EVERYBODY in that place was upset, mad and mostly frustrated for the way we were treated, lack of customer service, false information, lack of consideration and just plain rudeness of the staff @ AIC Kia of Manassas!!!
