A friend bought me an Aigo MP4 player as a birthday gift. My brother dropped the player and I took it in for repairs.I took it in Aug 2008 and was told it would take 4-6 weeks to fix.I was given a receipt and told that I would get a call to come and pick it up.November 2008 I went back after still not having heard anything.I was agian told t come back in December as it was not done yet.December whan I got there the store was closed.Since then I have gone back to the store countless times and tried to call all their customer support call centers and the phone just rings.I've also sent many emails to all their divisions around the world.I got one reply telling me that they would look into my complaint and that was it.I'm sick and tired of these people and they clearly have no idea what customer service means. For such a big company to pack and leave with customers products is totally disgusting and unacceptable.
