WE book at package with Air Gorilla last year for a trip to Rome, Italy for November 2009. It said in all the paperwork that the air tickets were refundable and we are still waiting for the refund. We complained with the BBB and got nowhere, the air gorilla guy said that we should go and try to get the refund from USAirways and USAirways said they have nothing to do with it, the travel agency should take care of it. After going back and forth nothing happened and at this time I'm considering hiring a lawyer to get my 1000 dollars back. NEVER BOOK ANYTHING WITH AIR GORILLA-EXPEDIA, they ripped you off!!!
